"Battleground" is a film about a professional hit man who successfully murders the CEO of a prestigious toy company, only to face the biggest fight of his life when a package from the toy company is delivered to his house with surprising, deadly contents. Though the teleplay was written by Richard Christian Matheson, "Battleground" is based on the short story by Stephen King and stars William Hurt. It was made for TNT, airing on the Nightmares and Dreamscapes series.

The Jeep in "Battleground" was created by Jim Henson's Creature Shop with HDPS and was driven around the set with a remote control joystick. The design team took background plates from the show and played them through a HDPS viewer and did a real-time composite with animation to bring it all together.
